For the first quarter of 2006 the average price of the properties in the district centers is 806.1 levs per square meter, while the price per square meter for the last quarter of 2005 was 769.7 levs.

The market of properties in Bulgaria for the last year is evaluated to €8 billion. The deals with participation of foreigners are around 20% of this amount.
