New report of the Bulgarian think-tank Industry Watch analyzes the residential property market in Bulgaria for the first quarter of 2008. According to the information there the return on investments (ROI) in Bulgaria’s property is more dependent on sale price than on rental yield.
Foreign direct investment (FDI) from UK to Bulgaria increased with 23% year-on-year reaching 901,5 million EUR. There is still a lot to be desired concerning the balance of foreign investments in real estate, construction and industry in Bulgaria.
The next golf project in Bulgaria is about to start in Banya. The investor is the Bulgarian company Banya Golf and Spa Resort, established in mid-2007, a joint venture of the Karlovo municipality and private partners.
