New report of the Bulgarian think-tank Industry Watch analyzes the residential property market in Bulgaria for the first quarter of 2008. According to the information there the return on investments (ROI) in Bulgaria’s property is more dependent on sale price than on rental yield.
The next golf project in Bulgaria is about to start in Banya. The investor is the Bulgarian company Banya Golf and Spa Resort, established in mid-2007, a joint venture of the Karlovo municipality and private partners.
Bulgaria still has a low cost of living and when compared with the countries like Romania seems to be cheaper. It also has much better weather than Romania and Ukraine. Romania and Bulgaria have so far been the region's winners in attracting foreign investment. The perception is that being in the European Union implies political stability.
