Property condition details

There are some questions you should ask for sure. Not all real estate agents are professionals and some of them may want to mislead you.

But it is your right to demand the exact answers to your questions.

Be sure to ask about the property conditions:

  • General Condition (fixtures and fittings, layout etc.)
  • State of Repair (insulation, heating, plugs, plumbing etc.)
  • Structural problems (dampness, cracks in walls or ceilings, crooked doors, damaged foundations etc.)

If you have no possibility to go to Bulgaria to view the property that interests you, you may require more pictures of certain features of the property. Also you may ask for the things that are not described in the advertisement as fixtures and fittings, insulation, heating, plugs, plumbing, etc.

Also you may ask for detailed description of the garden (if there is a garden). Most of the advertisements give only the size. Also you may ask for garage and is it included in the price. If there is no garage, you may want to know if there are parking places and what?s the price of one such place.

Some other things to ask are: shops, public transport, leisure' facilities like pubs and clubs, children's activities, parks etc. near the property.
